English 3, Post 2, 'Why did I choose my major (study program)?'

                                                                     Hello everyone 

When I was a little girl I had big dreams, I wanted to be like Gabriela Mistral, I wanted to travel around the world to help those who most needed help and bring love to others, I also wanted to be a filmmaker, so I edited videos since I was a little girl, today I love editing, designing and creating.

I wanted to be an architect to create beautiful houses and a chef for delicious meals, but I've tried to make desserts and it doesn't come out very well, just look at the pictures:

Once when I was about 8 years old, I wanted to study medicine because I wanted to travel to Africa to help, the truth is that I would like to accomplish that if life allows me.

When I talk about poetry and the union with Gabriela Mistral, it is special, I feel that the way she lived her life and looked at the sky, connects me with a journey of words that become deep emotions, that is why, whenever I see images like the ones below, I feel Gabriela and poems.

My biggest dream was to be able to study psychology, to study the human mind and be able to understand society, I also thought about anthropology, history, political science, and something very different like forestry engineering, but life led me to this career, I felt I could research, create and help others generating changes and public policies.

My experience at the University is unique, as I have not been able to know the place, see my classmates, and take tests in person.But it has been a beautiful experience, I have met very nice and special people.
