Blog Post 6: How Can Your Major Make the World a Better Place
Hello everyone, I hope you are well and in excellent health.
For me, the Public Administration should leave aside Max Weber's bureaucracy, move away from the patriarchal system and be a system that generates long waits and generates distrust in the citizenship.
The Public Administration of my generation, I feel, will achieve art, because it will change a system that does not listen to the people.
Max Weber always spoke of a "whole", but we are a diverse place and that makes us so unique, so my specialty can achieve, if it wants to, changes so profound that it can eliminate everything that sickens the country today.
Public Administration can change the patriarchal system, and open the door for everyone, it can generate public policies that work, that help the planet, the animals, women and sexual dissidence.
It has the magic of being able to help and achieve a better place for all the colors that we all are.
I would like to achieve changes from feminism, including and fighting for it to be part of the subjects and not a free course; besides generating public policies for people and opening important doors.
I see myself achieving many things, because I would love to be able to help and in fact in a very personal way, I feel that the fact that I have been given an illness like cancer, increases even more my fight, to improve public health and that no one should feel more sick because of a system that does not work.
It will help the world, because we work with public systems, states and governments, and if you can make an administration like a poem, open, flexible and for the people, you could achieve much more.
I leave an image of a contralorito and I leave his calendar, because I consider it a way to move away from the "old-fashioned" way of Administration and make the CGR look close to the people.
