English 3, Post 5, 'A photo and its story'

Hola a todos, espero estén muy bien

Hello everyone, I hope you are very well

One photograph is too little, as I have photographs that transmit me to stories that light up my heart and I have moments of singers that transmit me an era and an incredible message, but I will choose one and this photograph is art for me,

The photo of Gabriela Mistral and Doris Dana, I don't know who took these photographs, but I like them because they tell a different story and at the same time similar to the one I know.

If I see the pictures I only see two people having fun and spending moments, but when I see this picture I move to a hidden and beautiful love, to such beautiful poems.

Yes, believe me I see the love letters in those photographs, I see the different era that did not allow to love in every possible way, it reminds me of the past, it reminds me of art and poems, and it reminds me of the magic that a photograph transmits.

Here I have to leave a letter, extracted from the website cooperativa.cl:

Mistral: "I have for you in me many subway things that you do not see yet".

Dana: "I want to know these subterranean things and you know well that I have confidence, a lot of confidence. I have given you the proof of my confidence."

Mistral: "The subterranean is what I do not say. But I give it to you when I look at you and touch you without looking at you".

Dana: "And do you think that in my looking at you and my touching you there are no things I can say or show? I have lived centuries looking for you (sic)."

The photograph conveys to me the sad story of poetry not valued in Chile, an old-fashioned country that does not open its doors to love, and above all that despite the barriers, love is still present.
