LA PAPA- THE POTATO

 

I think you realized that I love the potato, I think it is one of the most diverse foods that exist and allows different preparations depending on the day, that's why I love the potato. The potato is a herbaceous species belonging to the genus Solanum of the Solanaceae family, native to the region that includes the southern highlands of Peru, do not think I know this information by myself, wikipedia helped me hahahaha. The potato can be made in different ways, but I think the potato pie is my favorite, you can make it according to the instructions in my blog number 4 of English number 3, only if you want to see it, but here it is: containing potatoes, raisins, olives, meat or meat substitute with egg and baked. I love it because it allows you to combine it with different foods, the only thing that does not exist is potato ice cream but maybe at some point it could exist, who knows.
